They told the counselor that their mom was waking them up at night and dragging them around following me and Triple D and Triple D's husband. So I get to the school and they won't let me stick the kids in corvette...

Even Superheroes Puke!

Hey Everybody,

I was made aware that Superman hurled in a trash can on Sunday. Here's what I've heard so please let me know if I don't have the facts right. I was told that Superman puked in a trash can on Sunday and then told the person working. If so, that person should have had Superman help him clean it up if he chose to ask for assistance or at least clean it up himself seeing as he was the one being paid to be there Sunday. There's nothing wrong with telling a member, "Dude, I'll get another bag and some Lysol, do you mind running your bag of puke out to the dumpster so I don't hurl as well?" You don't hose the morning staff by knowingly leaving a trash can full of smelly puke in the gym so she can find it at 5am. I was also told that someone confronted Superman regarding the incident today. Honestly, if he told the staff on Sunday, I am more upset with the fact that nothing was done with the information. I don't condone getting in customers' faces unless you absolutely have all the facts. Again to the Sunday staff, I am fact gathering so if some of this is definitely not true please let me know.

A woman scorned

Tat, what happened this morning? You missed your 9 am appointment?? And you look like you haven't slept in days.
Well, I'm sorry about that. I tried to call my client and tell her that I was running late, but she didn't answer. I've been staying with a friend and my wife has been driving by in the middle of the night and setting off the alarm to my car. The police came last night. I filed for a restraining order this morning. I included work so she can't come near the gym either.

Bad Naked

So I had to find out about this resort... Not far from our club there is a nudie resort that some of our members frequent. Why is it that the people who always want to be naked, no one really would ever want to see naked?

Dirty Laundry

This is an actual email sent out by Tat's wife to all of his personal training clients. Names have been changed and locations blocked out to maintain privacy. BTW, by Federal Holiday she means prison.

"Tat" sent out an e-mail several weeks ago it stated that he was sorry that he's behind in his programs, responsibilities at the gym, ect. Many of you don't realize that the personal failure of our marriage was brought on by Tat's affair with his training partner Triple D. I refuse to stand by any longer and take the blame for the failure of our marriage and his inability to complete his responsibilities. Attached you'll find a copy of receipts for jewelry that he purchased for Triple D. I also have restaurant purchases, florist bill on his credit card and clothing receipts, all to benefit D, NOT Tat's family. He forgot our wedding anniversary on the 25th of March. On the 27th of March I caught him in a restaurant feeding her and her children. Not his wife that waited for him 5 1/2 years while he was on a Federal Holiday! It was nice to see that Tat doesn't just have clients, he has friends that look out for him. He's had several offers for a shoulder to cry on!

His buddy/Client offered him a place to stay, took out a loan for Tat to purchase the 2004 Corvette (he sports all his girlfriends around in), he also offered Tat a key to his place to use when he needs a place to take his girl (no motel receipts if a friend is helping you out)!! A special thank you "friend" for all your help in destroying our family! With a friend like you, I sure as heck don't need any enemies. Tat claimed that he wanted his family back. We were the most important thing to him, blah blah blah. He was back home with the family for two days before they started calling each other again. Enough is enough!!! I will not accept him back into my life. If you chose to allow him to cry on your shoulder, more power to you. I have no tears left. I'm filing for divorce and child support in the AM. He left us today after a fight over me not keeping the house clean enough (cabinets). Just an excuse to go to "Au Naturel Resort" with his good "friend." I was sick with flu symptoms and was unable to cook breakfast this morning. That was a sin!!! So, He left his family again. Left us Penniless again. I'm sure Triple D will have everything she needs though. Anyway, I hope that you keep your family close to your heart and treasure what you have. You never know what tomorrow will bring!

Triple D and the Devil Dust

Anyone wondering what happened to Triple D? It seems D had a little side business. Her lab got busted and now she is out on parole.

The KKK still exists?

Apparently within the "National Alliance" there is a small group of 4th generation KKK. From what I have heard and read, this is not the white hat KKK but an evolved version of the racist group who is against illegal immigration. Tat was in the clink for something involving this group and it was a pretty big legal battle which a prominent Representative donated to the defense team. I am of the opinion it was unfair. We usually don't talk politics at the gym so my sources are the government websites, newspaper records depicting the trial and what Tat has told me. Tat found fitness in prison and it changed his life. No judgement... Everyone deserves a chance, right??

Really... Felons can't work together??

So I've had a couple of days to let this set in. I totally understand why D's husband doesn't want her to work at the gym. But seriously felons can't work together?? Wouldn't that eliminate most players in NFL or NBA?? I know why Tat is a felon now I need to dig a little and find out what Triple D did...

Interesting Call From Triple D's husband

Today D's husband called and explained how she will not be returning to work. They are going to try and work things out. He casually mentioned that Tat's wife had threatened to call the police if she did not quit because felons cannot work together and apparently both D and Tat are felons.

Where is my money?

Me: What's going on with product sales? We are spending about $2,000 per month on products and I'm only seeing about $1,200 in revenue. Logic would indicate that if we are spending $2,000 then we would at least have $2,000 in revenue and that's only if we were selling items at cost. Revenue should really be around $2,300??
Purchaser: I don't know??!!
Me: Ok... Then, I'm going to order from now on.
Purchaser: But I like this job...
Me: Well, if I'm losing money and you cannot explain why, then your not really doing a good job. Sorry, but I'm taking over.

One week later...
Me: Ah Hah! Do you realize that you are selling items below wholesale cost from a price book that is almost two years old??

I didn't think I would have to say this... DO NOT SELL PRODUCTS BELOW COST!!!!!!

Tempted by Halloween Treats?

Don't buy Halloween candy until just before Halloween!! No one can resist the mini Reese Cups, Kit Kats, Butterfinger, Skittles, Nerds, Sour Patch Kids, etc. so why tempt yourself.

Burn Baby Burn

Me: Tat, you know how I feel about dress code. What's going on?
Tat: I'm sorry, I know... (long silence)... well, I went home yesterday to talk to "Looney Toons" thinking she might be in a better mood to talk and she was having a bonfire with my clothes and stuff. She burned everything!

I guess this is a life lesson. If you are cheating on your wife and she finds out, you may want to get to your stuff before she does.

Shower While You Work?

So I get to the gym this morning to find a man patiently standing at the front desk. As I struggle with the load of stuff I am carrying, I wonder where is "Stifler?"
Me: good morning, Sir... what can I help you with today?
Member: I just wanted to pay my dues before I get out of town. I don't want to get Stifler in trouble but some of the members think he may be in the shower. I've been standing here for 20 minutes. I could've just walked off with all that stuff you've got sittin' right there...

What?? Add this to the rule list: Shower before you get to work!! Stifler tells me he didn't think it would be big deal. Yeah... let's just leave the gym open and unattended with $3,000 worth of supplements, bars, drinks, etc. sitting very near the front door.

Accepted methods of payment?

Strong man was kindly asked to leave for a variety of reasons. One day I spotted one of his personal training clients and wanted to double check that she had received all the services that she had paid for, so I approached her, informed her of Strong's change in employment status and asked if the gym owed her any personal training sessions. She turned a bright shade of red and uttered out the words... "I haven't been purchasing sessions lately... Let's just say that I developed a close personal relationship with strong man." My response: "So you were giving S-E-X as payment??!!"
